Headstands and backbends

I am so incredibly excited and proud of myself! I went to a yoga class today that was challenging and awesome. I learned how to perform a headstand against a wall, and I did it!!

 Salamba Sirsasana (Supported Headstand)

I was so proud of myself for being able to do these poses. It's the first time I've ever even done a headstand! 

I did one of these also!
 
Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward Bow or Wheel Pose)

I'm very excited about my yoga practice. I plan to keep it up!! I'm going to go to another class tomorrow with my sister. I love it!!
